A Farmer’s Christmas:   Opens on Friday, November 27th  and runs through Saturday, December 19th

The Museum and Village will be open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 10am – 4pm and Sundays from 1pm – 4pm

Self-guided tours of the 1890’s Village.  Many of the buildings will be decorated with holiday themes from the late 19th Century.   The public will be encouraged to “vote” for their favorite vintage holiday theme building.

Self-guided tours of the newly redesigned exhibits in the Museum’s great hall featuring “A Farmer’s Christmas” theme.  The public will be encouraged to “vote” for their favorite vintage holiday theme exhibit.

The 3 week holiday event will also feature a variety of special activities (weekends only) to include:  artisan demonstrations, activities for adults and children and holiday music to include:

Demonstrations:  Weaving, Woodworking, Broom making, Basket-weaving (hand woven baskets will also be offered for sale) 
Music:   Choral and Instrumental
Activities: Corn Shelling, Butter “Churning” and “Take Away” crafts for kids

Admission Fees:  Adults (18 and over) $5.00  -  Youth (age 5-17) $3.00  -  Children (age 4 and under) Free - Museum Members: Free (with proof of membership)
