Back to School Fashion Show / Pet Adoption

The Dover Mall is proud to announce our Back to School fashion show & pet adoption event this summer! 

Retailers will show off the latest outfits you will not want to miss, SPCA will have puppies & kittens, free face painting, and the Dover Mall will have free giveaways for children's & families!
