Thunder Over Dover

An Air Expo and Open House is hosted by Dover Air Force Base once every two years. The First State Airshow returns Saturday and Sunday, May 18 and 19, 2024

The U.S. Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration Team, and the U.S. Army Parachute Team, the Golden Knights, are scheduled to co-headline the 2024 First State Airshow and Open House May 18-19, 2024, at Dover AFB.

Additional aerial acts and static displays will be announced at a later date. Find the latest information on the official website. 

Admission and parking are free and open to the public. Food and beverages will be available for purchase during the open house. Bring a reusable water bottle or purchase one onsite; free drinking water will be dispensed at four locations throughout the open house.
