Speakers include Melvin Payne, Board President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter Tuskegee Airmen, Inc.; Dr. Robert Kodosky, Dean of History and author of Tuskegee in Philadelphia - Rising to the Challenge; and Dr. Eugene Richardson Jr, Original Tuskegee Airmen.
