Established in 1988, the Blue Coat Pancake House opened as a more casual dining option continuing a tradition of great food for which its upscale sister operation -- the beloved award-winning Blue Coat Inn -- was already immensely popular. The Dover family which created and successfully operated the historic Blue Coat Inn for nearly 37 years continues to operate the Countrie Eatery. We continue to use quality ingredients in the preparation of our food and at the same time strive to keep our prices reasonable. The Countrie Eatery serves breakfast all day everyday, satisfying lunches and hearty dinners.
